Abstract submission guidelines
1. Abstracts MUST be submitted electronically taking full account of the guidelines for submissions and presentations by the specified deadline of April 15, 2012. Abstracts submitted by fax or by email will not be accepted
2. Abstracts should contain no more than 500 words. The system will automatically let you know whether or not you have complied with this rule.
3. Tables and figures cannot be inserted.
4. All abstracts must be written in English.
Should your abstract be accepted for an oral presentation you must be able to give your presentation in English.
All presenters of accepted abstracts are expected to have the financial resources to cover all expenses associated with Conference registration, presentation, travel and accommodation. (except bursary applicants)
5. Titles should not contain more than 20 words.
6. Please do not use not standard abbreviations in the title.
7. Abstracts will be reviewed and approved by a Review Committee.
8. Poster presentations carry the same status as oral presentations and will be subject to the same selection process.
9. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book.
10. All accepted abstract authors will be notified by e-mail.
11. Correction of abstracts can only be done before the deadline of April 15, 2012.
12. Abstracts received after the deadline cannot be accepted and therefore will not be considered for the programme or for publication.
